Housing – if you know of apartment complexes that would be willing to donate an apartment for one of our Sentinels or reduce the rent, this makes the funds that we raise go farther.
Furniture – each time a Sentinel arrives in his/her home town, their apartment is furnished. If you know of furniture companies that are willing to donate furniture, we’d like to speak with them. As we have Sentinels all across the US, contacts in the major US cities are all appreciated. We only furnish these apartments with new furniture so no second-hand items please.
Furnishings/Housing accessories – typically many runs are made to Target to purchase all the furnishings/ household items necessary to complete the apartment. So gift cards to Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, or other stores with similar accessories are great.
Vehicle – based on the Sentinels existing transportation when they arrive, we may need to assist them with obtaining a reliable vehicle, in some cases we purchase a vehicle for them. If you know of a car dealership that would be willing to donate a new or certified used vehicle, this is a huge help.
Team – help set up a team in your community to support a new Sentinel.
