The FSTC’s Todd Bell and Mark Finck bring real world experience as they share their knowledge of the A to Z’s of high performance frying. They will discuss everything from selecting the right fryer for your products, energy efficient fryers, oil life, filtering programs, maintenance and safety… providing tips and tricks along the way.


This seminar will hit all the senses – See the fryers in action-from your low oil volume entry level fryers to high production fryers and taste the flavor profiles of different types of oils as an oil expert discusses oil performance and fryer management.
